Power BI dashboards leadership opens without second-guessing.
Power BI deployed isn't Power BI used. I build and rescue executive dashboards connected to the real source, with the right data model and DAX behind them. A dashboard only matters when the number is reliable, and that's where the work starts.
A human reply · a diagnostic before any build · mutual NDA
Recognize any of these symptoms?
- Data modeling (star schema) and correct DAX measures
- A connection to the real source — not a hand-exported Excel file
- Rescue of deployed-and-abandoned Power BI reports
- Model documentation and a metrics dictionary
- 1
Diagnostic
I look at what already exists, where the data comes from and where trust breaks.
- 2
Reliable model
I structure the data model and measures, connected to the real source.
- 3
Executive dashboard
I build the view leadership uses, with every number traceable.
- 4
Validation
I check the dashboard against the source before delivery. A number that doesn't match doesn't ship.
Common questions about business intelligence.
Do you rebuild an existing dashboard or start from scratch?
Both. In most cases I rescue what exists — I fix the model and the connection so the dashboard becomes reliable again, without throwing away the work done.
Do you connect straight to our ERP or database?
Yes, whenever possible I connect to the real source (ERP, database, API) instead of relying on a hand-exported Excel file. Access is agreed step by step, under NDA.
Do you work with Power BI Service and gateways?
Yes. Publishing, scheduled refresh and a gateway to the on-premise source are part of the delivery when the scenario calls for it.
Want me to look at your case?
A 30-minute call, no commitment. I'll tell you where the risks are and what to fix first.
