Is the assessment paid?

The initial 30-minute conversation is no-commitment. The in-depth assessment, with a document and analysis, is agreed case by case. Pricing is presented upfront.

Do I need to give access to systems?

For the assessment, talking and seeing report examples is usually enough. Data access is agreed step by step, always under a mutual NDA.

What if I decide not to go ahead with you?

That's fine. The assessment is yours — you keep the document and the recommendation, whether or not you close the project with me.
